2023: ‘Stingy Man, You Refused To Save Your People’, Tinubu Blasts Obi

 

The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has described the Labour Party presidential flag-bearer, Peter Obi, as a stingy man who boasts of saving money while his people were suffering and starving.

Tinubu made this claim while speaking during the Ondo state rally at Democracy Park, Akure, the state capital, expressing that the former Anambra governor was a heartless governor who holds back money when residents of the state went hungry, schools, road and clinics went into disrepair.

He said, “All he could do was boast that he saved money. But I tell you it is a wicked parent that holds money in his hand yet allows his children to starve.
