Ruff also known as Nuhu .A Nuhu was born on 19 September, 1997 to the family of Ahammed Nuhu and hails from Toro , Bauchi state, first born in a family of five boys.. He is a secondary school graduate.

His music career started 2012 which was all about  writing no money for recording or studio session, till around  April 2017 when he recorded his first song title Jah blessing featuring Lypsi which was recorded by Craziebless , as an up coming artist things haven't been going as planned, he then recorded 4 more tracks within the years ..till 2021,
